A proven leader in people development, Nancy cultivates high-performance environments and navigates rapid growth with practical, creative solutions. Her expertise drives organizational success and enhances employee engagement.
Beyond her HR leadership, Nancy is also a professional stand-up comedian who has performed at corporate events and served as a host, emcee, and keynote speaker, bringing energy, humour, and engagement to professional functions.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Communication from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Royal Roads University.
